Although The Wide Fit Centre is a relatively new concept that came organically with the launch of the new store, our experience in offering this service is extensive, as we have been looking after the feet of the good people of Bolton (and beyond) for over a century!
We Believe Everyone Deserves Comfort Fitting Footwear
Starting out as wholesaler’s way back in 1919, and eventually moving into retail in the late 80s we have always been very proud of the service that we offer. We feel we have maintained our high standards to this day, and we intend to well into the future!
Many of our loyal customers are straight forward, and easy to fit with footwear, but with the growing number of foot health issues that the population in general are experiencing, the demand for our footwear fitting sessions has boomed.
This is why we have dedicated half of our new store to customer appointments, where we can take the time needed to gain an understanding of the customers needs and issues, in order to find them the perfect fit!
